Exporting
Sweeeeeeeet. If you’re here, it means you probably purchased our product or purchased our premium service. If that’s the case, we SUPER appreciate you! Seriously, it’s a lot of fun to build something useful, and have people thank you later for all the time you saved them. Anyways, we’re attempting to string together some instructions for exporting data out the most common church management and donation systems. If yours is not listed, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help out.
ACS
- Sign in to ACS.
- Navigate to Searches and Reports and select Reports.
- Select Contributions (default is people) from the drop-down list.
- Under Contributions in the upper sidebar, expand Lists–>.
- Select Gift Detail Listing.
- Within the Gift Detail Listing section (in the lower sidebar):
- Select Use Report Setting for Search Results (default is Always Use Last Search Results).
- Click Customize from the Gift Detail Listing section.
- On the General tab, select your date range.
- On the Report Options tab, select your chosen funds (preferably all of them) and to include deactivated people.
- Click Preview.
- Once the report is generated, there will be a icon on the top row called View Report Data. Click it.
- Expand the Export button and export to Comma Separated Values.
Church Community Builder (CCB)
- Navigate To: System Reports > Financial > Transactions > “Transaction Detail”.
- Select the COA Category: “All Categories”.
- Select the desired date range.
- Select the output of “CSV”.
- Run Report
Elexio
- Go to “Reports”
- Go into the “Givings & Finances” Folder
- Select “Contribution Detail – FCR3301.0”
- Quick Filter Tab
- Contribution date range: All Dates (or is Between)
- Field Chooser Tab and include the following:
- Envelope ID
- Household ID
- Contact ID
- Click “Data Grid” button
- Click the “Export to Excel” button at the bottom
Elvanto
- Within Elvanto’s Admin Area, navigate to “Financial” > “Reports” > “Batches”
- Set the following fields:
- Find Batches: “By Name”
- Display: “Show All Trans”
- Trans Type: “Both Tax + Non Tax”
- Chart of Account: Check All
- Additional Batch Columns: Check All
- Additional People Columns: “Member ID”,”Full Name”
- Sort By: “Transaction Date Ascending”
- Output: “Excel Format .xlsx landscape A4”
- Click “Generate” Button
Fellowship One (FS1)
- Sign in to Fellowship One
- Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
- Search for G1050 (Core Giving Records v 3.0)
- Set the following criteria for Return Giving Records (who)
- Based on this date -> Received Date
- Week starts on -> Sunday
- Occurring within this Date Range -> Custom Date Range
- Occurring after this time: “Ignore This” (has to be done or report will error)
- Occurring before this time: “Ignore This” (has to be done or report will error)
- Belonging to Batches -> “Ignore This” (has to be done or report will error)
- Set the following criteria for choose fields and configure output:
- Page/Sheet … -> “Ignore This”
- Subgroup with Subtotal on -> “Ignore This”
- Multi Select Box -> Gift Columns to display
- All Trans by ID
- ACH,Check,Cash,BankCard
- Batch Date
- Batch Name
- Contribution or Receipt
- Contribution Attributes
- Contribution Subtype
- Create Date
- Fund
- Fund account Reference description
- Memo
- Recieved Date
- Reference (check number)
- Sub Fund
- Multi select box -> Contributor Columns to Display
- Contributor ID
- Contributor Full Name
- Contributor Last Name
- Phone Number
- Giving Unit ID
- Giving Unit Full Name
- Giving Unit Last Name
- Household, Individual or Organization (needed to get correct name)
- Mem/Envelope #
- Multi select box -> “Primary Address columns to Display”
- Ignore
- Multi select box -> “Grand total columns to display”
- Ignore
- Display total amount -> Yes
- Sort Records by “Received Date & Time”
- Output to labels -> No
- Choose an Output Type: -> “Excel”
- Run Report
- Click on the “Queue” link (top black bar) and when your report is ready download it to your computer.
Servant Keeper
- Within Servant Keeper, open up Contribution Manager
- Navigate to “File” > “Save As (Export)” > “Indivdual Contributions”
- Check “Show Split Trans Detail”
- Click the “Individuals” radio button
- Click “Select fields
- Select “Individual ID
- Select “Family ID”
- Click “Save”
- Check “Include Inactive People”
- Click “Find” button
- You’ll be asked about stopping at 500 rows, just click “NO”
- Click “Save As”-> “Microsoft Excel”
- Save it where you can find it.
Shelby Systems
- Within Shelby Systems, navigate to “Contributions” > “Reports”
- Select the “Contribution List” Report
- Select Print: “Detail”
- Select Sort by: “Name”
- Check “Print Contribution Memo”
- Check “Print Cash Gifts”
- Check “Print Batch Numbers”
- Select “File” > “Save As” > “Comma Delimited”
Simple Church
- Login. From the gear icon (top right) select “Export”
- This take you to the Export Membership Data screen, select “Click to Export”
- Please note: This may take a while
- Export will give you files containing Giving, Individuals, Interactions
- Interactions are a log of “follow-ups” and not transferred to Breeze
The City
- In the Admin section, expand the Financial menu.
- Click Reports
- Select Data Export
- Click Export Data
- After a few minutes, click Refresh below the queue at the bottom of the page.
- When the report is ready, click ZIP to download a zip file of all your financial CSV spreadsheets.
