You can import notes into Planning Center. Each individual note will be added to a person’s profile.
For importing notes, your CSV file column headers needs to match EXACTLY to the columns below in order, names, and capitalization, even if the listed column is empty. You cannot create a new template for notes.
- remoteId – the Remote ID identifier as used by Planning Center
- email – email address of the person you’re adding the note to
- phoneNumber – phone number of the person you’re adding the note to
- secondaryEmail – additional email address of the person you’re adding the note to
- secondaryPhoneNumber – additional phone number of the person you’re adding the note to
- note – the actual note that’s being added
- noteCategory – the category of the note must match or be able to match the category listed in Planning Center.
- createdAt – date the note was created
- updatedAt – date the note was updated
- firstName – first name of the person you’re adding the note to
- lastName – last name of the person you’re adding the note to
