Hey! I’ve put together a “check list” of everything you need before you get started migrating your donations. Just follow the bullets below and when you’re ready, purchase a license for our tool. If you have any questions, just reach out to me using the chat box in the bottom left. I’m happy to answer any questions I can when I’m available.

  • If you haven’t yet, import your people into Planning Center People. I highly recommend using the remote_id column on the people import tool they provide – it allows you to import use your old systems person identifier making it much faster and guaranteeing accuracy when using our tool. Click here to read about importing people.
  • Ensure you’ve established and set up your Planning Center Giving Account.
