Map your old funds to the new funds in Planning Center before running your import. We do a simple string comparison of the fund names in the CSV import file and map those to the actual funds in Planning Center. The easiest way to do this, is to compile a list of all the unique fund names in the CSV file, and add them one by one here. We don’t require funds to be mapped before importing, but the import will fail all donations if none are mapped.
The Old Fund Name is what is printed in your CSV file. This should be a name.
The NEW PCO Fund is a drop down list of every visible fund you have in Planning Center. If you can’t see a fund, it either doesn’t exist, or isn’t visible. For a fund to be visible, it must not be hidden.
