A fund mapping just tells the PCO Giving Import Tool what fund a donation in your CSV file should go into. Often times, what gets spit out in your exported CSV file may not align with what is in Planning Center, so we just need to know. For example, your CSV file might tell you the donation went into the fund “General 4028”, but the name of the fund in Planning Center is just “General”. You can see a few examples below.
